Nick is alive, the actor just signed a 5 year contract. So while he is alive I'm not sure if he is at the bottom of the lake. I don't think the plane is going to fly though, not after being at the bottom of the lake.... That just isn't possible, but he could be down there with a air bubble, IF water didn't get inside which after crashing is a huge IF. But I doubt there is anychance the plane will fly again.

It`s already been said that it touched water in lake Michigan, and I `m not sure how long a plane will stay air tight completely submerged. Sounds like a great way to bring him back though.
