I saw Herman's Hermits open up for Cheap Trick in the mid seventies. I had loved their music for years but no one knew who they were. i think the audience accepted them fairly well. They totally rocked! They have some absolutely timeless songs.

I love the Hermits. I graduated in 1970 [during their split up } and have never had my musical interest change much from that era.

i love herman's hermits! it was the very first tape that i owned in 1981 when I was ten years old. my mum gave it to me as a throwaway and i listened to it constantly and it started me being mad about music. i'm a musician now!

they had some cool songs in their day. I was a fan. I graduated high school in 1970, so that was my era, the 60's and 70's.

"Woke up this mornin', feelin' fine...had somethin' special on my mind......last night I met a new girl in the neighbourhood....Oh yeh".......I can't stop singing this song to myself since I read your question......Thanks for reminding me just how good those songs were of that era.
My wife thinks I've gone off my rocker singing a song she's never heard of........she's a few years younger than me.
Enjoy yourself at their shows....."Envious!!"
