I've thought about getting my nose pierced for the last few months, not huge just a small stud. Should I?

i first told my mom i wanted my nose pierced when i was 12 or 13. Now almost 19, i finally got it done about a month ago, and couldn't be happier. I've gotten alot of compliments, but depending on your age and work environment, it could become a problem- so check with co-workers or a boss beforehand.

If you want to, you definitely should. Small studs are very cute. I got my nose pierced a few months ago, and I love it. I thought it would hurt and swell and be horrible at first, but it just pinched a little and instantly looked very natural. I wear a small prong-set diamond. A couple other suggestions: I have a bio-plastic screw in, which is a bendy kind of rubber/plastic. A lot of people react to metal, so I recommend the plastic, which is also more comfortable. Of course, you probably won't be able to get it as soon as you get the piercing done. Go to a reputable piercer who is VERY clean. Don't get alcohol or anything with alcohol in it anywhere near your piercing. I suggest you use h2ocean salt spray for the aftercare. Nostril piercings are very widely accepted, and if you decide to take it out later, the hole closes up quickly and the scar, if you have one, will be very tiny. It's your body, and if you want it, go for it.

generally, a larger nose or a nose that has a wide or pronounced end look fine pierced. id rather you go to an earring shop at the mall such as Clare's and buy the magnetic studs and use that for 3 months...if at the end of three full months you still are crazy about that look then go scar your nose. i have 4 friends with it done. only two look really good on them and BUT 3 out of the four regrets having had their nose pierced....

It is actually very tasteful to have a small stud, like a diamond or something, on the side of your nose. Me personally, I have done my ears, ear cartilage, and my belly button. I could not do my nose since I don't want to have to change it or deal with what would collect on it on the inside. Hope this helps!!!!

Well, some people can pull it off and others can't but i am sure it will look cute! and it will be a small stud so that usually looks great on all people.

Yes...go ahead but take care and if possible get it done thru a professional to avoid infections..
When ur done with the piercing...just show us how u look....we all want to c the beautiful gal.

I would say yes. They're very cute accesories and compliment almost anybody/everybody. Take care of it well and let it heal nicely and you'll have a cute piercing.

ALOT of teenagers are doing it at my school and they don't look ugly. But it all depends one the style you have [although most people can pull it off]. So I would suggest you go for it. If you don't like it you can always let it close off. Good luck!

No, it would probably get infected or something and they don't look that good. I think the best place to get a piercing would be ears.
