sheesh...you wont get much of a graphics card with that Power Supply...you will have to upgrade to at least a 350 or 400W power supply if you want a decent graphics card as they draw quite a bit of power

One of the best cards that uses the AGP slot is the ATI X1950 PRO but you will have to upgrade your power supply...even for a low end AGP card you will most likely have to upgrade it

Your teeny weeny power supply might be able to run the ATI 9550 (17watts) or the 9600 Pro (18watts). Other better cards would consume >>20watts.
Should you decide to buy the more powerful AGP card and upgrade your power supply, DO NOT rely on minimum power supply recommendations. It will just run HOT at or near FULL LOAD. A bigger/higher rated power supply runs cooler and lasts longer.
Consider also increasing RAM to at least 512mb.

BTW, if your Sempron is of the Palermo core, it is a good overclocker. It can do 2.4Ghz on most motherboards and usually better on some NF-3 based motherboards.

i have a similar computer with a Ge Force 4 MX420 64MB video card. While a bit old and weak would let you play games like freelancer, sims 2 with 1 or 2 expansions, sims 1 with all expansions etc. incidentally that card has really low power consumption, i put a the MX480 in my 98FE computer with a powersupply from '98 (so assumadely really low.) and it ran fine, no power outages or anything.

You are limited to an AGP Video Card, plain and simple. The power source is the AGP slot which it plugs into. The slot is smaller than the PCI slots on your motherboard. I'd purchase it from Tigerdirect.com . They also can advise you on the proper video card for a good price.... Newegg.com is also good .
