Depends. If it is someone who worked very hard to achieve their success, then I am happy for them. If it is someone like Paris Hilton, who inherited all kinds of wealth, and just blows it away, I tend to get bitter and jealous.

I'm not a jealous person so I get very happy for others' successes.

I'm happy for them I guess. It all depends on how you define 'success'...as in money..etc, I really don't feel much --there are far more personal successes to be happy about.

I'm happy for people who are successful, as long as they really earned whatever they got (or won the lotto). If it was an ill-gotten gain that made them successful, then I'm not happy for them.

it depends of the situation..it they worked hard on their success then of course im happy for them..but if success just got handed to them then yes ill be jealous especially if im working hard for success and i see that someone didnt even try and they succeeded then ill be sooo jealous

I'm happy for them. One mans failure is another mans success. My sister is wealthy but I don't consider being wealthy a success for me.

It depends on whether or not they like to rub it in everyone's face around them or not. For the people that work hard - I am happy for them. For those that seem to think they are God for all that they have accomplished, I prefer to ignore the.
