They never own it to anywhere because you have to pay taxes on it 'til you die.

yes because you can do whatever you want to your land. if you want 2 dig to the center of the earth (even thought its not possible) you can 'cause its your property!

no land can be sold seperatly from mineral rights. Oil ,water, or precious metals.
