What I've wanted in my life is to win the lottery big. I would never have become a millionnaire on my own, but I wanted to help make other people's lives easier. So if I could buy several that would make them happy (small items only, or loan them money for their need, or help out a group of orphans) that would make me really happy and satisfied.

I wish for kindness, caring, love and compassion to be expressed by all people of earth toward all people of earth.
I wish for the people of the Middle East to see each other of brothers and to stop killing one another.
I wish for the people of the United States to take seriously our wonderful constitution and begin participating in our democracy so that we do not have leaders who are able to make terrible decision after terrible decision and get away with it.
I wish that everyone reads a great new book called The China Study by T. Colin Campbell which is about the most comprehensive study of diet ever conducted and it EXPLAIN CLEARLY why all of these so called diet facts we learn about seem to contradict and cancel each other out.
I wish that I could know what's really going on spiritually with me and all the people I know.
I wish that people everywhere could see each other as brothers and sisters and children of God and yet still be cool with one another and allow people to be creative individuals and not feel like just because they love God they have to turn into little automatons clones.
I have a lot of wishes. I really appreciate you asking this question.
I wish everyone would ask cool questions like this one.
Thanks.

Immortality! Because with unlimited time, all things are possible. I want to experience as much of life as I can, and a paltry 70-80 years is barely sufficient for the Cliff Notes version of living a real life!

I am aligned with the Buddhists that the wanting of "things" or wishing for "things" is a great source of unhappiness in most people's lives/
I guess then my wish would be for you to find out what it is like to be without wishing. Wishing is an unpleasant state as it is the wishing for something other than what exists. When you can appreciate what exists, the wishing ends.

To get rid of all the dead wood in the world and replace it with people that actually think before acting.
Dispense with religions and politicians. Wars are started because of all the dead wood that can't think, because someone decide that their god is the better god and politicians because most only think of their job as a freakin popularity contest.
On a more personal level I want to win the lottery and go spend the rest of my life in Tahiti. Well I can wish, can't I?

I want the universe to make sense by having a set of absolute laws that anyone, with reasoning capabilities, can follow. Right now, my mind is in great turbulence for I have constantly pondered on ideas such as life, death, afterlife, limits of universe and other philosophical thoughts and all I get is a heap of contradicting ideas that doesn't make sense. I want order, so I can achieve mental peace.

Someone who truly loved me.
And I want to rescue a pomeranian. My friend runs a dog rescue, and she just adopted out a pom that I LOVED. He was so sweet! But so many pomeranians are shunned because the cute, fluffy puppy misbehaves so the owners get rid of it. But my mom doesn't want any more pets...
