What gets me is that most uneducated, not necessarily anti 2nd amendment, still think a semi-auto is an assault rifle. The definition of an assault rifle is that it is selective fire. Can I own a full auto legally, Of course, if I want to pay the licensing fees.
Besides I need my guns to overthrow the Gov't when they get out of hand. (Rapidly approaching......)

NO!!! First, America's history dictates the value firearms. Do to a seemingly lack responsibility, the sale of firearms must be managed. Just as the sale of automobiles is managed. Just as a license is required to drive an automobile, so should firearms licensed. Knives do not kill people, neither does any kind of poison, automobiles or ropes (noose). Guns do not kill people either. The adverse activities of people kill people. Inanimate equipment will not come to be active unless someone activates it.

The reality of that ever happening is slim to none whit my money on the later. As long as the 2ND Amendment to the US Constitution is still in effect firearms will be manufactured, bought and sold in this country. What should happen is that all assault type weapons and large capacity magazines should be baned. Additionally all firearms should be registered and part of that registration process should include 40 hours of firearms training and a very through and rigorous background check.

No. The 2nd amendment gives Americans the right to bear arms. That privilege cannot be taken away without repealing the amendment. It wouldn't matter anyway. Those that want guns for violent and illegal purposes have a way of getting them anyway.

If the govt tries to repeal the 2nd Amendment there will be a civil war in the US!!!! Nobody wants this therefore leave it alone, If it does happen all 15 of mine will be used in defense of my home, family, and rights under the Constitution!!!
If they take away the 2nd there is nothing left to stop them from taking all the rest!!!!
