falls little badly? by this do you mean a little fall? or a big fall? i dont understand your question. it would depend what part of the body the baby fell on, from how far up, and several other factors. this question makes me somewhat uncomfortable i have to say.

Any fall by any one may be harmless or can even kill any person.
Baby:
A baby is not developed enough to stiffen up when it falls, so actually the injury is minor compared to and adult.
But on the flip side they are more delicate and so a bad fall (little badly) can kill them.
Bones:
Baby's bone are also relatively softer then the adults so you do not have to worry about breaking as much.
On the other hand their scull is very soft and under developed so if they have head injury they can die or can get brain damaged readily.
General :
All fall should be attended right way. On the spot general examination at least by a trained experience person (preferably and ER medic or a doctor) is a must, pain, swelling, cuts, brush should be taken care of at once. If every thing seems OK then still in case of a baby it may be wise to set an alarm and check the baby again after one hour, then after 2 hours, most important is to play with the baby and keep the baby awake, even if it is a time for baby to go to sleep this way it cannot pass out and get comatose. If the baby is able to talk then make the baby talk, watch for any major change in voice tone like Slurpee speech or other problems.

It depends on the baby, the fall , the bone, and the way the bone bent. If you suspect a break get to the ER. I knew a woman whose 10 month old baby climbed out of the high chair and fell onto a carpeted floor and her arm was broken. I babysat a child who at 8 months old (on her parents watch) tumbled down about 10 steps and broke her leg.

If he/she falls badly, the bone will break. [ bones DON"T bend - Cartilage bends. Not the same thing. ]
Either way, the baby needs treatment.

it could either bend or break, depending on the age, if it breaks the baby could be stunted in growth, if it bends the baby may have a spinal cord rupture and have serious problems!
