Probably so. Goldfish are very adaptable fish. I would try to get that pH lower though, that's getting too high for most fish to adapt well. I assume you have high pH tap water or that there is something in the tank raising the pH. Be sure you remove anything that could raise pH like coral or shells and consider placing in the tank a few things that can slowly and safely lower that pH a bit. Driftwood or bogwood are good choices as well as some peatmoss in the filter.

Generally goldfish do well in a higher P.H., Magic man is right on using the wood or peat in the filter to lower the PH, another way is a PH adjust kit, vinegar(using PH test kit to adjust), or a PH buffer stone you keep in the tank or filter, it will help buffer your tank longer then the peat moss, and the wood won't be that much help with a PH that high unless it's a big(BIG) piece of wood. Now eventually the wood will be helpful but not until you can get the PH down a bit. That will happen with the maturity of your tank. The longer your tanks up, the more your PH will stabilize. Sounds like your tank may be a newer tank.

A pH of 10 is very high! I'd double check the test results and make sure the chemicals aren't expired if you're using a liquid test kit. Strips aren't the most accurate and can give "off" rsults if they're exposed to light or moisture. If you're doing the tests yourself, I'd take a sample to your pet/fish store and have them run a test to comfirm this pH.

Goldfish are adaptable, but this is getting a little into the extreme.

10 you have to be kidding, ahh well, I've caugh carp out of chalk streams before which have a ph between 8 and 9 but 10 is a little strong even for the likes of rift valley cichlids, although your gold fish are living i'd be careful now of a ph crash which will kill them, i would suggest you find out what you have in the tank that would make the ph so high, i doubt even crushed coral on its own could get it that high.
you will probably have to do small water changes every day to reduce it.

How often are you doing water changes? Is your tank cycled? If not I'd say check your ammonia levels. High ammonia can make the ph higher. If that's all in good order, then go with MM.
