I need help identifying a certain (crab?) I found while scuba diving in the south pacific. I found it in about 30ft near the USAT Liberty shipwreck off the east coast of Bali.

Not enough legs for a crab. Perhaps a starfish?

This looks like a sea spider to me, phylum Pycnogonida. I would check with a Marine Biology professor, check out La Jolla, Santa Cruz, or Oregon State University, they both have good oceanography programs.
