I would be a springtime leaf on a Birch or Aspen tree. I love the green of new growth, and I have always been fascinated by the way they sway side-to-side in the breeze.

I would like to be a leaf on an elephant ear plant.
They just invoke coolness on a hot day in the summer.

Yes all grasses are edible & nutritious. As for tree leaves most are non-toxic, but they hard to digest. You would be better off eating grass. But in survival situations leaves are fine but try to find soft green ones. If you look at a plant closely & it looks menacing, don't eat it. If your in a survival situations eat small amounts of the unknown plant, this way you only get sick. If you gorge yourself on a toxic plant, obviously you will die from liver damage.
