Although she doesn't appear in that many movies, I think Jodi Foster is a fantastic actress. Movies like Nell, Silence of the Lamb, Flight Plan and The Accused shows her talent and why she's won two Oscars

It's really hard for me to say who I think is a great actress as performances are very reliant on roles. But I really enjoyed watching the mother and child actress in Pan's Labyrinth. I also enjoy watching Julia Roberts, Uma Thurman and Nicole Kidman's performances, most of the time

I have always had a thing for Holly Hunter and for years it did not matter what movie or bad movie she was in I loved her in it. I did not think I would ever be able to like another actress for a long time. However, recently I have taken notice of Jennifer Anniston and love watching her movies. She plays her roles very well and shows great range of emotions with each character.
