the Raider is the easy guess. How about going out on a limb and going with the Packers. And Dolphins.
Farve is older than dirt and will probably go down this year. Plus, their drafts have been horrible for the last couple of years.
Daunte Culpepper? lol lol lol lol
We will see, and I can't wait.
I LOVE FOOTBALL! GO VIKES!
After reading some other entries, I am reminded of the worst franchise the league has known in the last 15 years: the Lions.
The Lions are atrocious. How can Matt Millen still have a job? Does he have pictures of Ford dressed in drag or something? This is the team that had the best running back of all time, and still sucked. Amazing.
The Browns and Bills are awful too.
The Viking have bottomed out and are on the rise now, so I'm pumped.

Between the Raiders and the Packers, but since the latter has Favre, it has to be the former. These two teams have done nothing at all this offseason. JaMarcus Russell will not be an improvement this season, and now he has no one to throw to.
It's not the Bills, the Browns, or the Lions because those teams are at least trying to improve. Well, the Lions aren't trying very hard, but they're trying, darn it.
Short Answer: Da Raydahs, by far.

Tennessee Titans will have the first round pick next year. Here's simple reasons why:
1. No Pacman Jones. Yes, he's hassle. But he also created many defense plays that turned the Titans around last season.
2. Who's their #1 WR? Drew Bennett went to the Rams. Maybe they'll get Meshawn Johnson?
3. Can anyone name a player on that entire roster outside of Vince Young? There's very little leadership.
4. Last but not least. Young is on the cover of Madden '08....and we all know what that means.....
DUNN DUNN DUNNNNNN!!!

out of your record Lions, and Rams in 2nd place. i've got self belief so sorry for Steven Jackson, such a proficient participant forced to be on such a **** team. generic however the Bucs do no longer look in nice condition the two. Leftwich will conflict, and that they only have one or 2 good defenders. If one team became the circulate 0-sixteen this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, imo it may be Bucs.

It looks like Buffalo Bills.
McGahee is gone and now the rushing attack depends completely on Mashawn Lynch.
Besides Aaron Schobel, Terrence McGee and Larry Triplett, defense is unexperienced.
Division rivals Pats, Jets and even the Phins, look better so they could go 1-5 against the division teams.

Im going to say the Green Bay packers they had one of the worst offseasons in the NFL(no free agent pickups and nothing to boost their offense) and in the NFC north with detroit minnesota and chicago all the other teams that were low on the totem pole last year made big moves to revamp their teams and with favre another year older its not looking good for them
other possibilites
buffalo(they still have losman and a tough schedule plus how is lynch going to run for a team that doesnt have a line)
