Trade in postage stamps at the post office........?

I have 6 - .24 postcard stamps and 13 - .39 reg. stamps, can I take these to the PO , cash them in for the new .41 stamps...just pay the difference?

I don't think so but you could call your nearest Post Office and ask. I do know that you could use them together it doesn't matter if it's more than 41 cents postage on an envelope. So although you may not get to the pennies worth you could still use them.
