For the millionth time this week... Nick is not dead the storyline was written while the actor was in negotiations of his contract. At the last minute they were able to sign him to a five year deal. He was going to take a small vacation with his family and then return to the show. Rest assured he is not going anywhere and will be a part of the show for a long time.

No , Nick is not really dead, the storyline was written before Joshua Morrow renewed his contract, so they had to go with it. He will be back in a few weeks.

Nobody is ever REALLY dead on a soap. Look at Stefano Dimera from Days....he's been confirmed dead at least a dozen times and he's coming back next month. (I can't wait!!)
