The exact same thing happened to me like a few days ago but i just read my suspended email like an hour ago. The rules for this thing are extremly stupid and the only way they want you to answer or ask questions is if its about secret home remedies or such things that have nothing to do with real businesses. but then if you think about it those things you have to buy to use for those secret home remedies come from a company that makes and sells them. I guess your not supposed to use this Yahoo! Answers service to actually get or give some help because thats against the rules.

Reread your answer: It is a solicitation, you don't say something to the effect that "Yes these are available" and go into some generalizations - straight to how you can get this person a loan.
It is spamming for business and it violates the TOU.

hey dont feel bad yahoo discontinued my whole email address for emailing 2000 realtors I have in a data base and work with currently. I lost my address book and everything. I did however explain I wasnt spamming by writing the yahoo people via another email address and they re instated my address but it took over a week to get it straightened out. good luck to you and be careful

no, you were only asking the questioner to go to the "email me" section that Yahoo! Answers desiged into this system so people could email you if they chose to.
Unlike other answerers in here who in the body of their answer actually put in their email address or their phone number or a direct link to their own personal website.
Why did Yahoo! Answers bother to offer the oppurtunity for people to IM or email you if you can't tell people email you for more specifics if they so choose to do.

Yes, that question is a violation of the rules. You are trying to promote your own work or the company you work for. It's called solicatation.

No, you were just answering a question honestly. Perhaps they feel that you crossed the line with solicitation.

Yes, it's an ad, not an answer.
