most of u people dont pay attention do u.
this list is to help women become aware of the tactics of a controlling man. cause lets face it...many women accept abuse and dont know they are being controlled.
i would think the people in this section would be more intelligent in answering questions.

Okay, everyone, i believe this "question" is NOT asking for more ideas, but is trying to provide a list of what a controlling (abusive) male would do so that anyone reading this who might be in a bad relationship might recognize themselves and their abusive partner.
To your list, I would add:
6) Accuse her of all the things of which you are guilty including secret love affairs
7) Refuse to allow her to have her own friends
8) Refuse to allow her to spend any time with her family
9) Make her account for her time, down to the minute, for any time she's away from you
10) Act as though her working a full-time job *and* caring for the home *and* doing your laundry is nothing special ~ it's just what she's "supposed to do"
11) Stay out late whenever you want to, without calling home or otherwise notifying her, and then treat her like she's an idiot for worrying about you
12) Find ways to make everything you *want* seem like a necessity while also finding ways to make everything she *needs* seem like wasteful spending

I am floored by the number of negative responses here. And here I thought most people were educated about abusers. Maybe just because I've studied it so much it's like breathing to me. And I APPRECIATE you posting this - there should be one of these per day. This post shows me that a lot of people don't know what it's like to be in a relationship with an abuser.
You only have to be in one relationship to know.
Can I add to the list:
The silent treatment.
The blame for things you didn't do.
The convincing you of things you didn't do.
The hot passion/cold shoulder.
The disappearing for hours/days with no explanation.
There's a difference between a guy who won't pick up his socks and a guy who is across the board abusive.
