MY personal taste for strawberry blonde is working with pale shades of greens, browns and purples. I was a strawberry blonde for a while and these were colors look best on me. You could go to make artis and try on different colors. They match up you skin tone and your hair. The color of your eyes make a difference as well. good luck.

pinkish eyeshadow with brown eyeliner or sky-blue eyeshadow.
Use some powder bronzer as well, because blondes look good with a tan, and it will bring out your color even better, just make sure to blind into your neck. Of course if you are already tanned, then skip the bronzer and go straight for the peachy-pink blush. Stick with peach or lightpink lipgloss

Besides hair color, you need to determine your skin tone. Here's how to determine your skin tone:
Warm skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear green.
2. Gold jewelry is more flattering than silver jewelry.
Cool skin tone:
1. Look at inner wrist - veins will appear blue.
2. Silver jewelry is more flattering.
A good place to start is w/ soft browns, taupes and slightly shimmery champagne for eye shadows. Since your lashes are probably, light - consider a brown mascara.
This color grid will give you more suggestions: http://www.beautyden.com/beautycolors.shtml
Lipsticks & blushes are trickier because skin tone has a lot to do w/ which colors will look good.

If you're strawberry blonde, then warm pinks will probably suit your skin tone best. And you should probably stay away from darker colours, as they tend to have an overbearing contrast to pale skin.

Pink or peachy blush. If you want a tanned look, look for bronzers that are made for fair skin.
Red lipstick is good for dressing up. Peaches, pinks, and pinky nudes in lipstick or gloss for your lips.
You can wear black mascara if you want. But don't use black eyeliner, it will look harsh. Aim for navy, dark brown and grey liners.
I don't know your eye colour, but I assume that anything too dark won't be good. Try taupes, bones, vanillas, and soft browns.

Okay first off , what color are your eyes?
If your eyes are blue, I will say go with soft plums, and rich golden tones.
If your eyes are green , I say go with sage, and russet shades
Or you could do the classic: neutrals.
Cover girl has a great quad called shimmering sands. That would look great on anyone.
