Are there any side affects? Is this unhealthy?

Yes, I take it right now. I'll go get the paper to see what the side effects are:

Damn it. I couldn't find it. All I know is that your appetite is probably going to increase, so be careful about what you eat - I gained 100 pounds because of it. But I ate everything in sight so if you're good about it, you should be fine.

And Roy is right: look below. You should post this question there. They will help.

Well, i guess Zyprexa can help you to sleep (like most other girls; just use preservatives to be sure) BUT you just made me think about something...

Are you born Aries? Or maybe chinese Dog? Or aries moon?

The Aries boys and girls i know of, and some astrologers agree on that btw, are still unable to sleep for 8 hours straight. Some try to explain that problem and drink cups-a-tea during their whole life and reach no solution, while they may just be born to live at night, or maybe to stay awake anyways.

A night job could help you. I can attest that one of my friends is part aries and he has worked from 12 AM to 6AM during three years in a grocery store. Now I'm pretty sure that some friends I've had couldn't do that, and i couldn't either. I mean we could, like Oprah Winfrey could run 10 miles naked just for fun... but it would be so alienating for everyone.

It's a chance you (accidentally?) posted that question in the horoscopes.

You posted this in the Horoscopes section... If you have trouble sleeping~try taking Melatonin. It is all natural. Your body naturally produces Melatonin, and having decreased levels will cause you sleeping problems. Don't put those unhealthy chemicals in your body! Also try getting more exercise during the day, since that will increase your metabolism which should naturally slow down in the evenings~making you more relaxed and sleepy. Other things you can try are certain teas that are all natural, and will help you relax. Try yoga, meditation, reading a book, soaking in the tub, or even giving someone else a back massage or foot rub. Melatonin does work, so you should give it a try.
