I don't know who the fruitcake lady is! But to tell you the truth one of my Grandma's made a mean fruit cake.When we were kids we could only have one thin slice because after it was baked she poured rum all over it! Both of my Grandma's passed away years ago. I am the Grandma now. I have teen aged grand kids of my own. I hope they don't think I am a fruitcake in a bad sort of way!

I don't know what to say about my grandma except she's the coolest grandma I've ever met. She was a navy wave and don't bother her on Sunday unless you're bringing snacks cause the girl is addicted to football! and basketball!!!!

No, more like the nutcake lady. She says some really outrageous things sometimes! lol. She doesnt act like no ones Grandma, least of all mine!

Nope.Mine(when she was alive)reminded me of the "No nonsense,beat your ***,if you got out of line with her"type grandmother.Military leaders had to learn from someone in their families too,I suppose.But I still love and respect her though on everything she taught me and our family though,even if she's gone now.Her memories still remain.

Nope. Grams would say, "right" when ever you didn't say what she wanted to hear from you. Then she'd turn her hearing aid off and you didn't know that unless you caught her at it.
