Well, let's see.... there's me, the lighthouse keeper, the butcher, the baker, the candlestick maker, Mrs Robinson, the ferry man, and Rumplestilskin. How many is that? Now, there is talk that Mrs. Robinson and the baker have a bun in the oven... do we count that?

People? If you refer to Earth-borne individuals, none.
If you refer to Martian people, the answer is, all of them unless some of them have traveled elsewhere.
On Mars?
The current evidence suggests there may have been water on the surface of Mars in the past. If this water has been absorbed into the Martian soil, then there may be an opportunity for Martian people to live underground, having followed the water below the surface at some time in the past.

zero from earth, unless you count the 2 mechanical "people" we have placed there. But if you want a count of martians living underground, you'll have to take a taxi there and count for yourself.

Humans - none. We have not yet landed people there. And while we have landed men on the moon there aren't any living there permanently (at least not yet).
