Probably not. You would have to try and find out. If you live in an apartment complex, you might find a neighbor with an unsecure wireless router, but it might not always be turned on, and they might add the password setting when they discover you using their network.
But if you live in suburbia in a separate home, then NO, the signal from your neighbor's house is too weak.

If you have a wireless USA adapter AND a wireless signal you can connect to then YES. There are a lot of places that offer wireles service .. for example Panera Bread, Starbucks, etc.

you can attached any USB adapter for wireless service
like USB bluetooth,
USB Wifi card,
USB Wi-max modem
