It's the earth's gravitational force.
The earth pulls on the person, so the person exerts a force down on the surface below them.
However, one of Newton's Laws states that to every action there is an equal and opposite reaction, so the ground "pushes" back up on the person with an equal amount of force.
The earth isn't being "pulled" towards the person, but rather pushing back up on the person. It's two counteracting pushing forces that cancel each other out, not two opposite pulling forces.

The so called gravitational force is actually a mystery. We have not been able to find the particles that mediate the force (gravitrons) Other theories describe the gravitational force as a warping of the space time continuum caused by mass.

gravity pulls the earth toward a person. Since the mass of the person is so much less than the mass of the earth the effects are negligible.

Strangely enough, it's A. The Earth's gravity pulls us to it; our personal gravity pulls the Earth to us. We generally think of it the first way because the Earth is extremely massive in comparison to a person, and it's effect on us is more visible than our effect on it.

It is impossible to pull the Earth towards a person.
Because it is always the less dense object which has less gravity will be pulled toward the denser object which has the greater gravity.
