How old is too old in the over all scheme of things?

Do you believe you are as old as you feel and can stay young at heart to a ripe old age?

I believe you're as old as you feel. When my grandmother was in a nursing home, a 101-year-old woman who was a volunteer was so youthful and lively. I think she had more life in her than my 50-year-old mother!
