I like it over so that way i can grab it easier and it doesnt touch the wall

I agree i like it over. I am so obsessed with it that i find myself changing it when i got to other peoples houses...lol

My family and me likes our toilet paper over the roll because like you said it's easier to use.

I can't stand it under the roll. If someone puts a new roll of toilet paper the wrong way at my house, I immediately switch it.

Over. It REALLY annoys me when the toilet paper is hung so it's "under". I don't know why but I just can't stand it. It's like an OCD thing or something! lol! :)

I didnt care until I got married.
