What you need is a good face primer. I had the same problem as you do, but I would say worse! I had to keep blotting my face every 2 hours. I am currently using MAC which is awesome and the primer changed my life! No seriously :P
I start by applying my moisturiser, then the face primer, the liquid foundation, concealer on blemishes (if any) and finish with the compact powder.
And the best part of it, it looks natural! But you have to be sure to get a foundation closest to your skin colour.

Hiya, first of all, find a cleanser that is suitable for oily skin, and then use your toner. Invest in a decent moisturiser that is suitable for oily skin. For example, a moisture rich, or hydraction moisturiser wouldn't be the best for your skin as oil and water are not friends. Invest in a translucent powder or invisible powder (I love macs range) all over your face (with those big powder brush) before you apply foundation. At 15 I'm unsure what makeup you use but that powder would be fine to use even without applying foundation. A foundation that's liquid mineral, like macs face and body, should be fine with oily skin. Press the powder on over your foundation too, to set it in place. Don't use an illuminator, but contour your face using a matt bronzer

I have to say that the Bare Minerals is the way to go. I was still getting shiny too, so i got an oil controlling moisturizer. Origins Matte Scientist. It works like a charm!
Do you use the Mineral Veil in combination with the Bare Minerals foundation? It kind of keeps the shine away longer.

I am oily/combination and I use Laura Mercier's Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer. Her foundations are some of the best in the industry! Laura Mercier and Bobbi Brown make foundation sticks that are also a great option. All of these can be used just where you need them since they tend to blend in so well.

DONT USE A FOUNDATION!
use a lil concealer, and then cover with a tinted moiisturiser (i like Be Beautiful - Nivea Young, as it doesnt leave ur skin oily...) and then brush lightly with a bronzer.

Use powder make-up, it will absorb the oil on your skin. For sports, if you are playing really intense sports where you sweat a lot, be proud that your face is red, it means you are working hard. If you don't sweat very much, powder should work for that too.

try one of the liquid-to-powder compact makeups. Apply with a wet sponge. Almay makes a wonderful one.
Good Luck!
