Procedures & contact info is printed on the 1st page of your warranty booklet that came with your car.
But if you don't have that handy, i will provide you with a (free, downloadable) copy of your warranty here:

You also should have a copy of your tire warranty booklet.

Unfortunatly nothing. If you are hard on brakes or do alot of stop and go driving thats just the way it is.
As far as Tires, as was stated, not rotating them willc ause them to wear out quickly. Tire companies do not warranty tires on new vehicles like the would if you purchased them as replacements, because a car company will buy them in HUGE quanitities at a super low price.
Sorry to say but there is nothing you can reallty do. Thats a good bit of money though. I hope they were at least high end Goodyear or Michelins, and good brakes. I would at least ask about what brand/grade of brakes were put on your car.

I know the brakes are a wear item the rotors are not nor are the calipers the tires are a wear item providing you've had the rotations done and documented as far as you getting reimbursed I would talk to the service manager where you bought the vehicle then contact Ford's Customer Service with further unresolved questions.

Ford doesn't warranty tires unless caused by a vehicle issue. And brakes are a wear item as well. You can call the complaint number in your owners manual and it will generate a case with Ford. Then the dealer, you , and Ford will all get together and see if it is something caused by the vehicle, or by your driving habits. One will be covered, one won't. Good luck with your refund, not being sarcastic, I hope they help you out!

I would call Ford North America, or try ford.topninesites.com
They have quite a forum about Ford defects, recalls, common problems, and warranty info. The dealer is most likely charging you for wear items, but neither should have worn out in 27000
miles. I personally feel that Ford Motor Company builds some of the worst cars in the world. They are the worst of the big 3 American manufactures. At least they have been in my experience.

What kind of driving do you do? If it is all stop and go city driving, I am not surprised. Do you ride the brakes? Alot of people do and swear up and down that they don't. Take a hard look at your driving habits and practices, 27000 may be all you get based on that.
