You dont need a website to do that because it is actually very easy already.
Converting a fraction to a decimal:
1/2 is .5 as a decimal.
divide top number of fraction into bottom number of fraction.
1 divided by 2 should get you your decimal. percents are easy.
.5 is 50% since .5 is really .50 and since the 5 is in the tens place the percent will be a number in tens.
I dont exactly remember decimals to fractions at the moment, but just memorize what the fractions would be when coverted to decimals and im sure you wouldnt need to convert decimal to fraction.

There are many websites that can do this... also, your computer has a calculator.
If you convert a fraction into a decimal, you'll likely lose accuracy. Try converting to decimal 22/7.

example: 4/5 .. to convert to a decimal divide 4 by 5 so you would get 0.8
now if you wanna convert that into a percent, all you have to do is move the decimal point two places over to the right so you're answer would be 80%

just use a calculator, and divide the top number by the bottom number in a fraction.
example: 2/3
2 is the top number. 3 is the bottom number.

I really don't think that exists... just use this website that gives step by step instructions so you can learn how to do it yourself, you'll probably need the knowledge in the future for tests anyways...

Hope you learn how to do it =]
