Dear young man
My son was a skinny kid until he was 10 & suddenly he was pudgy from 10 - 15
Belly flabby & double chin & all of that... even with him being very, very physically active
Then just as suddenly the pudge melted off of him
Now he is 19 & has "a body to die for".. and the physical conditioning to be able to do anything he wants to do (he has always been an avid rock climber & rock-wall scaler)
So, please RELAX.... just don't turn into a couch potatoe & it will all work out just fine

At 11 you haven't yet reached puberty. Generally boys don't mature until they are 15 or 16. By that time, you will have grown several inches taller, and any fat on your abdomen will have disappeared. Of course, you will probably weigh more, but your weight will be more evenly distributed, and you will become more muscular. The "baby fat" will be replaced by a strong, muscular body, and what they call "six-pack" abs. Just be patient. Good luck!

As long as you do not eat too much then your abs or stomach will reman flat or thinner.
Remember when you are in puberty, you are growing rapidly. It means you need more nutrition to cope up with that growth. Eat good food, fruits, milk and exercise. Get into a sport you like to keep yourself fit and active.
If you see those buffed guys, you can see those bumps in their stomach or abdominal area. If you count them, there would be 6 of them hence it is called a 6 pack.

yea i used to be like 180 or something in 5th grade then after puberty and grew taller it just expands and your weight will go elsewhere also make sure to do some cardio, running and some weight lifting would also help out too but not too heavy or youll mess up your growth spurt

When you go through puberty your hormones are changing also. Increased testosterone levels also result in a slimmer more defined body. You lose the "Baby Fat" and start to increase in your hormone levels. Now you have to be more active and start to be able to utilize your new found body. Welcome to puberty and hang on.... It's a wild Ride!!!!
