really short low-rise shorts from abercrombie and fitch with a midriff-bearing tight tee shirt, or really tight hollister jeans with a really low cut scoop neck shirt from abercrombie and fitch..tell me guys...i need to know..which is hotter and sluttier? which would you spend more time looking at thinking damnn...the boobs and tight pants? or the short shirts and visible stomach/area right about my you know what.....??

Personally, I would look away... First impression would be
what is her mother thinking.
If you want the attention from guys, try using the Brain that God gave you instead of dressing like a Low Class Hooker.
None of this short shorts, tight tee, tight jeans, low cut shirt, just go naked and Every male can see what you got and can make that decision easily..

You are only fifteen. Don't let looking sexy for guys define you. Be confident and look pretty,even trendy-that's fine. Focus more maybe on what you want, not what other people want. Whatever you do, don't add heels to anything! That would be a dealbreaker. Good Luck and be careful.
