Based on just voice alone, I think I would have to say Kathleen Turner. She has done more voice-over work (and work in general), than Demi, so I think that that gives her the (perceived?) advantage of being able to speak with better awareness and control. I think that they both have a kind of sexy twang (it's like a little smoky/raspy) and that if one is to really consider a question like this, I would like to also add that maybe Jodie Foster should be taken into consideration. So between those three, wow, tough choice, but I would still say Turner.
