I have heard guys say that they like girls with a little meat on them, but yet I see them with skinny girls.
Do guys ever realize the torture we go through to be thin?

Mostly becoming thin is your choice, you do control diet, fat and do lot of exercises to remain slim and thin.
If you got to go through torture why are you asking us !!!

I do. I appreciate the torture. I understand it's painful. I was at a pool one time w/ my little boy, a baby then and overheard these two young ladies chatting w/ each other. They couldn't have been more than 11 or 12. One was asking the other, "do you think I have a good body? or "do you think guys will like me?". The little girl was a little overweight. I felt so sorry for her. Little girls and women in general have it so tough. I just will suggest. Be yourself. Love yourself and others will see the love that is in you and love you for that. That little girl that was overweight is probably a queen right now w/ tons of boyfriends chasing her around. Girls grow up to be women and it just sorta happens that way. But remember don't put your worth in the jeans size you wear. Go ask your Daddy if you're pretty, don't go ask some dude that doesn't know you as a person. Your Daddy will always tell the truth.

Little, inexperienced boys like skinny women. And some sick men like women who look like kids, which is why they like them to be so skinny.

NO! that is a complete misconception. annorexic girls are actually really unattractive. most guys don't want REALY fat girls, but a little meat is not a problem.
if you're looking for a relationship, looks shouldn't really matter. a guy should like a girl, for who she is.
if you're talking about lust, most guys would have sex with almost any girl. i find myself attracted to girls you'd never think of as attractive.
girls really have it easy. in order for girls to want us, we can't be fat, can't be skinny, can't have body hair, need to have a cute face, need to have cool hair, can't have thick eyebrows, and we need to have some status.
maybe you go through the torture of making yourselves thin for nothing, but most of us go through the torture of never getting noticed by girls and being looked at as perverts when we notice them, and watching other guys get all of them easily.

I KNOW! It's so annoying. I'll eat 1 chocolate bar and put on about 1kg. It's ever so frustrating.
Maybe the guys are referring to those annorexic model like people when they say they prefer a bit of meat on girls.

I went out with a very skinny girl once, for about six weeks, and having sex with her was like riding a bunch of bones, and I found that was extremely painful, for me and it was not worth it, give me a woman with a little extra meat on her bones anytime, so if any guy wants you girls to get real skinny tell them to go to hell, it's not worth the pain that you have to go through, to please some guy.

ANSWER: Never as skinny as women think we men want and not as fat as women think they are! REASON: To be honest the normal is considered normal for a reason. I was looking at Kate Moss (excuse spelling) and I said to my girlfriend that she looked like an X-ray and that I did not find her attractive for being too skinny. I was surprised to find that my girlfriend was offended because if I like girls that are not too skinny and thus I like her it must mean I think she is fat!!! We guys like pretty girls that are not fat but not X-rays. What I mean is that many models have lost their curves. For give me for being a little macho in this answer but many models even tape their breasts to seem flat and you must know that men prefer larger breasts in women. I think the reason for this is because fashion sells the female image to women not to men, I mean the consumers are women. Thus, magazines such as Playboy and other such publications who do cater to men specifically, show much fuller “normal” women then “thoopicky” runway girls.

I'm not a guy, but i know from experience, everybody has thier own idea of what is hot. My roomie does not like a skinny girl. He likes some curves. His best friend, can't believe he likes such "thick girls", cuz he's into skinny girls. To each his own. There is someone for everyone.

Guys don't realize it. I frankly think they don't care either. A girl is in constant agony when she sees guys with stick thin girls when she can't be like that. Typically, guys who like girls with a little meat on them are ugly. Guys who like thin girls are hot.
What's a girl to do?

I am friends with a lot of guys and only one of them likes skinny girls, the rest go for girls with a bit more shape
