What would you be looking for in me? What do you think that you could expect out of me? Do we still have any nymphos out there and why are they called that? What kind of a culture do you think they could live with and what kind of perspectives would they have? What would their philosophical nature look like?

It is not a psychiatric disease since there would be no scientifically reliable and valid evidence for that.

I believe that you do not find it to be socially appropriate in your view and that is okay with me. I don't judge people for their sexuality and taste or lack of taste or want in that as long as they are adults and it is mutually consented to.

At one point a nympho was seen kind of like a Goddess, and in many religions sex plays a part whether it be submissively and passively or choice.

Lots of people that you would not expect play lots of games in life. The point is that it would be an alternative choice for the one that chose it, some chose to be frigid or non sexual and that is their choice.

As someone said to me it would turn a person into a Karma Sutra wouldn't it? I think so and so does the magic 8 ball. Whoever that is behind that keyboard?

I made this into a hypothetical question for a reason, because if I am or if I am not a nympho it is not a disease or a mental illness. As long as no unwanted pregnancy or STD occurs it is not really a problem at all in the first place.

It is a choice one makes about their own personal sexuality and they have every right to do that. Still just as this is a label that someone is given and means different things to different people, attracts different people and repels some too, we have another term in our vocabulary that is very much the same and until we start being repelled by it and not attracted to it then our country is going down the drain.

That label is this politically correct name called "mentally ill" or to say someone has a brain disease because they have intellectual, emotional, social, financial, or political differences in or problems of their thinking and behavior.

This is not a brain disease and there is no reliable and valid scientific evidence for it.

nymphomaniac is a sexist term used by people who are intimidated by women's sexuality...

Actually, nymphomania IS a psychological disorder, although it's not called that anymore.

I can't say anything about a nympho's world outlook as I don't know enough about how their brains function.

As a Happily Married Manâ„¢, I won't say I'm attracted to a nympho, but from the other male responses you can guess that dating a nympho is a top fantasy of many a single (and a few married) man. :-P What can I say? Men are evolved to be much more interested in sex than women. A nympho attracts men like moths to a bright light.

A lot of people think a nypomaniac is just a woman who gets around but very few know that it is actually a psychological condition. Yes there are actual nymphos still out there and i'm guessing they have a purely sexually driven perspective on life due to their disorder.

In Greek mythology a female Nymph had an unsatiable desire to have sex with any man walking by.Nymphomaniac is the phsychiatric term for it.The same applies to Mermaids, who dragged sailors underwater to their deaths. It's no way to have a relationship, and the physical attraction fades fast.

No I would not want to find you. You would be an empty soul that could never be satisfied or happy. You would always be looking for the bigger better deal and you would never know if you found it. A nymphomaniac is a socially retarded person who does not have the ability to connect with someone on a spiritual level. They confuse connecting with someone with sex and are never satisfied by the experience so they continue on their empty lonely search. I would hope to never find you and I would hope that you would seek some psychiatric help to discover why this part of your soul is so unsatisfied.

you mean, you're really a nympho???

I haven't met any woman who is, but I don't think you could live with a culture like in Catholic countries.

anyway, I won't look for you, because I'm not really comfortable with other people's sexuality.
