Not to worry. Some kids or teens that start there period will also lose it for a bit.If you have never had sex then do not worry about it.If you are not on the pill or anything than it is very normal to skip a period or two or three. Do not worry you are fine.

At 15 just about any amount of stress can cause a skipped period. Even a pop-quiz, believe it or not. Ah ... the joys and frustrations of being young. Don't miss it one bit.

You are probably fine. Your body is still changing and with that is your period. It is still trying to find its regular cycle. But if it happens consistenly (and you're not having sex) you might want to talk to your docter because it could be that you have a irregular cycle and might be put on the birth control pill to make it regular.
Hope this helps!.

Don't worry about it. At fifteen your hormones are constantly changing and this can make your period irregular. It's very common. If you do decide to have sex, make sure you use protection. Wouldn't it be awful to have this happen and know there was a chance you could be pregnant?

You have to have intercourse to get pregnant. Stress can sometimes make you skip a period. Also, just the fact that you are so young, your periods probably aren't always 100% on schedule. If you didn't have sex, you don't have to worry about pregnancy.

Sometimes a stressful situation will cause cycles to be sporadic.
Your hormones could be changing, or you could have the beginning of a medical condition called endometriosis.
If you continue to be "irregular", excuse the "pun", I would consult a doctor regarding this matter.

most women generally skip 2 or three a year, so it could just be a natural thing. Stress and other factors can play a role as well.

Well, you are NOT pregnant. LOL
Periods can have irregular cycles. You're young. Don't worry about it unless you skip three months in a row.... and then just talk to your doctor about it. Probably still wont be anything to worry about.

How long ago did you have your very first period?
It can take a few years to get your body to get on a "normal" cycle of every 28 days.
