Just looking at your pic, I'd guess15/16, but honestly, if you added a confident voice, a slightly reserved manner and an adult situation (like renting movies, not approaching my car window at a stoplight!) and told me you were 19, I wouldn't ID you.
I'd even buy any college age you cared to say if you could carry an adult conversation as well as other college girls I've known. (By that, I mean have some opinions, some knowledge, and something to talk about other than what happened at school today... the last is the killer giveaway. When a girl gets past 18 for a year or two, the petty things she notices and comments about tend to go way down. Lol, of course, there are still people at work to complain about but notice that's people at work, not a long list of other girls.)
I'm surprised to see you're really 13. THAT I would not have guessed. Lucky for me this isn't a chat room!
