Hey Yuka, you're making your own facts!! That's not cool!! Luis P is like you... caught in the same web; caught in a coincidence!!! First of all, if you think I know this guy, well you're wrong... I don't even know you! And you don’t even know me! And now you’re making your own personal facts!! It's OK to be a proud Indian or Filipino, American or etc!! Do you have a problem about someone being proud in a race or about coincidence and timing?! Do you have a problem if I don’t choose India and choose Thailand or South Korea or even the Philippines?!...Now you’re controlling a person... and that’s being dull!!!! And now you’re criticizing the Philippines… and that’s being dim-witted!!!

When I was in high school ( 20 yrs ago, I guess...) a buddy wrote a humorous short poem comparing the concept of "love" to keeping houseplants. I don't recall the poem, but the last verse was something like this-
"flowers fade, love dies.
If only we would water our plants."

That summer my grandfather passed away. At his funeral, my Dad and Grandmother and uncles were all inconsolably crying. I was looking at Granddad in his open casket. All at once the line "if only we would water our plants" popped into my head.

It suddenly seemed so unreal and ridiculous that I nearly broke into uncontrollable laughter.

As is was, I simply snorted and choked a bit, and people thought I was crying also. That's the clearest memory I have of that whole day.

I was at work and a tall guy came in to sharpen our knives and he did not notice that the beams were low and he walked into it and smacked his for head really hard. I saw the face he made and I laughed so hard I had to kneel down. I did get in trouble from my boss. The guy refuses to come back to our business

I was asked to read out a section of the notes and it involved words like 'bend over, thrust, lift'...well i was in an immature mood and laughed uncontrollably.

Today. I'm a cashier and I was ringing up a man's toilet paper, and on my screen it came up as "Sparkle ***" and I couldn't stop laughing. I didn't mean to act like a teenager, laughing like he had to buy T.P. But it was really, really funny.

Well, I was making 'your mum' jokes, and someone came up and said how it would be slack if I said it to someone and they'd be like "my mum died.".
I laughed about laughing if that happened.

When my best friend told me that her goldfish died. You would have thought that her child had instead. She suffered from depression for about a month. I felt sorry too, but come on!
