sounds like a tick bite. this is what it looks like
http://www.pharmaceuticalmushrooms.nwbotanicals.org/lexicon/lymeaid/Ring_Rash.jpg
you can apply hydrocortisone or benadryl cream to the bite to help reduce swelling and itch.
watch it closely for now and seek medical attention immediately if you notice the following symptoms (they indicate lyme disease and you'll need antibiotics to help treat it)
-the rash begins to spread or swells up more
-you start having flu-like symptoms (muscle aches, fever, etc)
-you have stiffness in your joints
-you start having trouble feeling sensations in your fingertips or feet
if the bites haven't started to clear up w/in the next few days-make an appt to have them looked at
hope you feel better soon

I am going with tick. A year ago, I would have said bed bug. But now I know they are horrible and come is massive numbers. SO, I will go with tick. There would be one, my husband would jerk it off and I would go on hoping I dont get lyme disease. Bed Bugs are infestations....
