Well dollface; First. Get super rad, thick, soft eyeliner. in Blackest Black :) Also, you can go to hot topic and they have a wide selection of bright colored eyeliners :D. But those are only for the TOP eyelid. Then get vibrant colored eyeshadows. max factor and HIP have pretty amazing colors. And make sure you get your eyelashes to be the fullest and longest and darkest they can be. I reccomend Lash Blast, by covergirl :) (You may even be bold enough to get fake eyelashes ;) ) I hope this helps. Just go to Google and search "scene girls" or something like that if you need some inspiration. :)
