1.) Seek a dictionary with a copypright date of prior to 1960 and look up the etymology of the word "beautiful." If it does not show that the word comes from the Greek for "perishable," then it is not editor's(').
2.) Decide whether you want to comply with the definition, which should, if it is a dictionary, show its meaning "of nature."
3.) To save brain cells, cease extraneous words in sentences (and using upper case without rule).
This will guarantee facilitating optimum organ function for your system, hence, enable you to determine whether make-up is subject about which using your brain cells on asking of that which is a forte` is necessary.
In the event that it is necessary - to answer,
1.) Use a moisturizing sunscreen or a sunscreen (first, apply with light upward motion and pat inward under the eyes - never apply to upper lids) coating, then five minutes to dry. Olay works for dry skin. Probably a Neutrogena for oily; or a comparable generic, if you can read labels and have not sensitive skin. If at day's start, while waiting for moisturizer to dry, put on mascara: dark brown for redhead; soft black for blond, noir or black black for dark brown or black hair. (The blue's are usually, deliberatedly, missing, because the Mexican, Swede, or Dutch cosmetic counter managers don't want anything on the shelves that gives enhancement to odd colors pigment in human being.). If you used the latter in the first sentence of this paragraph, pat on moisturizer. Add a rouge; check for lighting. Eyeliner under the eye is usually protective, and if the jokers aren't the orderers there is entertainment in a variety of colors, but football players don't wear black for no reason. (not qualified managers intentionally order for their type, and eyeliners can be scarce for the spectrum of skin types and colors.)
2.) don't use foundation. you may be able to find a true transluscent powder for your skin type. This is the best. If you are under 35, probably wear no coating on the face. Powder goes on after moisturizer dries, and before eye make-up and lipstick.
3.) A lipstick that has a fragrance and composition that is comfortable to you. There are a plethora of different types and a great variation in preference - dependent upon a bunch of stuff in a given machine. If you like liner, it depends upon the individual, whether it goes on prior to applying mascara. If your area has no matte lipstick to be found, lipliner may be your only recourse for lipstick; if you are over 35, pearl is usually detracting.

You need to make sure to take care of your skin! Drink lots of water, make sure to use moisturizer and SUNSCREEN. Nice skin means you only have to wear a light coating of powder or tinted moisturizer. Use mascara and light colored eyeshadow and youll be set.
