I clean aquariums for a living. While I'd love to say "perform daily cleanings" to my customers, because I'd make more money, the truth is about a 25% water change weekly on a "crowded" gold fish tank and 25% bi-weekly for tropical, marine and lightly stocked gold fish (no such thing?).
Too much cleaning breaks down the bacteria that "eat" waste.

Depending on the hybrid fish. Some of them are tempermental and don't like to be moved. With the proper filter system and aeration, you shouldn't clean but perhaps once a week and that also would depend upon the size tank you have. Go to Google: type in 'fish care' and you'll be amazed at the information contained therein.

It sounds to me like your changing the water with no conditioner, which is why your fish are trying to jump out and banging there selves against things. you should do water changes but how often depends on the fish and the water capacity of the tank they re in, the filter being used etc. but once a day is excessive unless your growing fish on in a special area and have a good supply of matured water.
Always use conditioned/mature water

I would not clean the tank everyday and I am sure thats why they are acting funny. I would let your sister know its not good for them and tell her to maybe cut it down a bit.
Its awesome that you have someone else cleaning your fish tank lol. My fish would literally die before anyone else would stop to clean the bowl or tank.

If you have a filtered aquarium you shouldn't remove the fish to clean it. Instead you should have a gravel siphon and clean the gravel once a week while removing about 25% of the water. Replace this 25% with fresh dechlorinated water and that's all there is to it.

you should move the fish tank somewhere , were ur sister cant get it if she continues tell ur parents or take her to a pet store and have the worker explain to her what shes doing to the fish. tell your sister that every 2 -3 weeks u will let her clean the tank all by herself.

If you have a good filtration system, it should only be disturbed every 2 months or so if it looks like it needs it (check Ph balance and other conditions). Otherwise, they become stressed and can die. If the Ph is good and the water looks clean , leave it alone!!!!!

well. if by cleaning , u mean, changing water, then no. but usually, u should have a filteration system that helps keep the water clean, and usually, people clean the filters when it is dirty.
