I'm happy to answer this quesrion! I always have tension in my back and i recently discovered a simple, easy way to crack multiple discs right down the middle...put your hands on your hips, move them to the back of your waist, and LEEAN back. Lean with your hands on your hips, pointed back at your upper buttocks, You may get a more satisfying pop if you keep your knees as straight as possible.

I am a good self cracker! The best thing for the middle to upper back for me is the kitchen counter. Go to an inside corner where 2 counters meet, and face out from there. put one palm down on each counter and push up while relaxing your back. Ahhh, good crack!

The best way I know with a friend is to cross your arms in front of you and have them 'hug' you from behind, grabbing your elbows. They simply arch their back and you stretch with them. You will hear all kinds of cracks and other noises, but it doesn't hurt either of you and it feels so good.

Im not sure why you would want to, But a sledge hammer might help...
But seriously just twist as far to that side as you can (Fast)
And it should click and release any pressure you may have had there before

I have a friend do it for me.
I lie down and the friend puts both hands on my back horizantally. like this: <> if that makes sense, and pushes hard. It always cracks.
