I have a friend who wants this tube dress and i dont know how to convert sizes, she is size 7 or 8 and wears size 34b on the site it says sizes xs,s,m,l,xl what do i pick

Pick M. It could be S or L, too. Unfortunatelly, those xs, s, m, l, xl is not universal, it depends a lot on the brand.

she should be a medium.xs and small is usually between the sizes of 1-3 or even up to a 5.large is about 10-14.xl is about a size 16 or 18.i wear a size 3/4 and 5 in jeans and i wear a size small in shirts.sometimes medium.

If it's a tighter-fitting type dress (it kind of sounds like it is) you could try a medium, if it's not and you want it to just fit (without being too clingy) go for a large.

yeah, most likely it is a medium. try looking for a size chart or something on the site. many sites have them.

She sounds more on the tiny side, a medium sounds just about right.

usually on websites it shows how their sizes run,maybe u can call them and ask them..good luck!
