Right click the task bar (at the very bottom of your screen) Click on "Task Manager", select "Processes", and select and end whichever processes you want to stop from running. Be careful though, there's a bunch of them and I don't think anyone actually knows what they all do. I'm sure some of them need to be left running

You have to shut down some programs or other processes. Hit CTRL+ALT+DEL. You can see which processes are running, and shut some of them down.

Don't install so much stuff. The more u have, the slower it'll go. Install what u need & stash the rest away somewhere.

go to task manager... and end the processes u dont want... EASY
