Thanks for depressing me! I've a long way to go, but can't think of anything worse than having to depend on someone!
I'd love to live to be 100, as long s I could stand upright & handle my own cutlery. But since I plan to die in a bolt of lightning before I get decrepit, I'll try not to think about it. "Oh, my kids will take care of me, I'll still be me..." ha ha ha ha ha

Decrepit- that word makes me laugh. Im not afraid of getting old because I plan on taking care of myself.

It doesn't scare me at all, its something that is going to happen no matter what. Its all just a part of living and dieing. Its one of those things I've just learned to accept.

I realize it, but by the time I do, my kids will know that it's not the real me...it doesn't bother me...

I'm terrified of getting old. I think it's the fear of having nothing left to really...live for? I don't know...but it terrifies me.
