i have a weed wacker.someone told me the oil and fuel dont stay mixed and cause the engine to die.how do i avoid this?.

You do not have to add anything but if you add a stabilizer it will allow the fuel mixture to be stored for a longer period of time.

If it's a 2 stroke engine you need 2 stoke oil to add to the gas. Your manual will tell you what the mix should be.

Normally it may be 50:1 or 99:1 or other mix ratio, and can be found stamped near the gas cover. The 2-cycle oil will mix with the gas, and probably is green-blue.

make sure that the oil you buy is for a 2 stroke engine and mix the oil and gas to the manufactures requirements
