yeah-----let's allocate $14,000,000,000 to check out what would happen to the silver-lipped hummingbird if we cultivated and changed the molecular structure of this rare endangered plant it relies on to survive. BTW-------Senator Kennedy just happens to have friends who specialize in that very thing. Award the contract to the son of his uncles brother-in-law's daughter and call it minority business development.

I think there's a problem with your question! Since the times in recent history taxes were reduced, government revenue actually increased. How, then do the liberals have more to spend when taxes are raised?

It's pretty safe to assume that your taxes won't be raised unless you are one of the wealthy that benefited from tax cuts to the wealthy. But there is only one thing to spend it on. The outrageous debt built up by the 'conservative' government we had the previous six years

Even when the projects are dumb - if the funding is accountable - it makes a lot more sense than the exorbitant waste that occurs whenever the feds try and solve most anything.....$350 hammers, $150 ashtrays, the insane "war on poverty," "war on drugs," bridges to uninhabited islands, etc....etc.......etc..........
