is american diversified publications, inc real or a scam?
my friend was interested in it but i was not sure about it. Does anyone have any experience or opinions on this?

Check them out first. Go online and see if they sell stock. If not, find out where their headquarters is and check the BBB or Chamber. If neither of these produce a positive I would move on the greener pastures.
