4. Decide if corrective action (deciding what is not yourself and deciding what to change) needs to be taken in the future, and follow through as best you can if it does. This means deciding who you would like to be.

By knowing yourself more you know more about how others will know you, but in altering yourself by knowing yourself others will know you differently in a different way causing you to know yourself in a different way.
