What you want to do is observe your boss carefully. Anticipate their needs, whether it's as simple as making sure you never run out of creamer for the coffee or pens, or finding a better way to manage their schedule or phone messages.

The product/service here is unquantifiable. Your only choice is to find ways to make the boss more productive.
